HOW TO USE: Apply a lip balm to your lips. Wipe it off gently with a tissue to remove dead skin and soften the lips. Take some color from the lipstick on a lip brush and outline your mouth. Fill in your lips with the brush or directly from the tube. Then apply another layer on top to get more vibrant lips.
